I'm so sorry to hear about Ms. Vicki's passing. I work at TPAC and she worked on the same floor as me. I've always enjoyed our conversations. She will be greatly missed. May she rest in peace. God Bless.

Ms. Vicki will be greatly missed! We used to call each other 'Indiana girl', as I was also from Indiana. She had such a sweet spirit & disposition and could answer any questions I had for her. May the Good Lord bring peace & comfort to the hearts & minds of her family & dear friends - God bless you all!
Vickie was a very special friend to me. She was very intelligent and always willing to give counsel if needed. We shared many good times including rooming with one another on our last cruise. Vickie was adventurous, industrious and wasn’t afraid to tackle anything.
My sympathies extended to her precious family. She was very proud of you all and especially her sweet granddaughters. We shared many pictures of our grandchildren.
I am comforted in the fact that she knew the Lord Jesus as her Savior. She rests now in HIS loving arms. We are promised thru HIS WORD that believers will be united again when the Lord returns. May we all be comforted in this knowledge.

I so enjoyed working with Vicki at TDOT, so was so full of energy and always smiling. She helped us with so many contracts; she was a very knowledgeable and determined person. Vicki will be missed!
