Susan babysat for me when we had moved to Pine Ave. She had a kind, gentleness that I remember. I felt safe with her around.

RIP Susan, we dated in High School! She was a beautiful young lady, full of life!! 😟
Rest In Peace Susan.
Farewell my dear friend. I think of you fondly whenever I pass your family's former house on Bridgeport Avenue here in Brentwood. I wish you could have remained in this realm a while longer, and so do countless cats and birds and other animals. But I know you are now at peace, and reunited with your beloved Roy Neill. Yours was a life well lived and I was proud and honored to be your friend.
Sorry.

Susan was one of a kind human being, with a radiant, beautiful soul. A true earth mother, she loved caring for animals, people and the planet. She was a reuse-recycle-repurpose person long before it was cool. She had a powerful personal style and was absolutely unforgettable. She was a writer, poet, environmentalist, animal advocate and behaviorist. She was uniquely artistic in so many ways and had an exceptional ability to accept everyone just as they are, period. She was a trusted sister and friend and I am blessed to have known and loved her. Anyone who was lucky enough to spend any time with her knows what I mean. Now, she is where she wants to be – next to the love of her life, Roy Neill. Enjoy your journey Susan Marie – see you on the other side.
