To view the livestream of Mr. Gillihan's service, click here. Floyd Louis Gillihan, Jr., 56, of Smyrna, passed away on Tuesday, March 15, 2022 at his home. Born December 23, 1965, in Nashville, he was the son of the late Floyd Louis Gillihan, Sr. and Tobitha Goodrich Gillihan. Floyd enjoyed working with his hands, whether he was working on his car, building a porch, working on houses or grilling for his family and friends. He was very family oriented, to the point where he raised many kids that he didn’t have to. He loved pets, especially his cat ‘Calico’. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter Tobitha Gillihan; son Alex Gillihan; wife Connie Gillihan; sister Jo Ann Phipps. He is survived by his wife Yolanda Warrik; daughters/stepdaughters Christina Gillihan, Theresa Adams, Stephanie Gillihan, Stacy Arendall, Amy Arendall, Bobbie Arendall, Woodie Arendall, and Summer Gardner; sons/stepsons Floyd Gillihan III, L.J. Gillihan, Stephen Gillihan, C. (Stormy) Arendall, and Lucky Arendall; sister Lisa Gillihan; brothers Carl “Bubba” Holt and Robert Holt; grandchildren Zak, Cayden, Carmen, Sophia, Matthew, James, Polly, Alexus, Acadia, Cassie, Bella, Christopher, Haven, Elayna, Anthony, Spicey, Jerry, Haven, Landon, Kaiden, Timothy, Summer, Gracie and Zalee; and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Monday, March 21, 2022 from 11 AM until 3 PM at Spring Hill Funeral Home in Nashville. A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will follow at 3 PM.
