I've never found it more difficult to put my feelings into words, but I did want to say something today, on this very difficult day. I loved Sheryl like she was a member of my own family. She was a dear, sweet friend. We had so many laughs together. Looking through my Facebook memories, I found that it was 6 years ago today when we went to Katie's house to enjoy dinner with Katie, DeeDee, Lucky, Sheryl, and the rest of their family. Such sweet memories. Today will be a difficult day, but I will be praying for God to give the family peace and strength. I love you all very much!

Although I hadn't seen Sheryl in years, I can vividly remember her birth until her late teens. She was a very sweet child. She seemed timid at times in her childhood but was always friendly and bright eyed with life. She was a dear to all who knew her. She will be missed.
