Dear Mom...
I've never written to you since you passed. I love you more than anything... I miss you every day. even though you are gone you are with me every moment. I could not have asked for a more loving or caring Mother. You were my favorite person and my best friend. Always there for me no matter what. Its been over 3 years since you passed on... I just found this tribute to you and had to post something on it. I'm doing my best to honor you by being the person you raised and taught me to be. I will never be more proud of anything other than being your son. I want to say I'm sorry for the hell I put you through, but I know you would tell me it's ok and that you love me. You changed the world with your kindness, love, and compassion. The best feeling was when you would tell me you were proud of me. I hope that I am making you proud today... You always read me this quote from the book "Good Night Moon"... it read, "I'll love you forever I'll like you for always, as long as I'm living my baby you'll be." From the time I was a baby, you recited this to me and I still remember this. I hope wherever you are that you are in peace. You are loved by so many and you live on through all of the lives you touched. I love you Mom.... more than anything. Your only Son, Dillon.
