Ordered during the funeral. Was supposed to be delivered next day to the family home. Got the confirmation it was delivered, but confirmed with the family it was not. Called the company and they had to confirm on their end. Took 4 days due to the weekend. Embarrassment to the grieving customer and the Full Life attempted to be celebrated. Happy to take my business elsewhere and confirm my own delivery. Disappointed in how it was handled all around.

Basket very nice but the basket was white not brown and there was not ivy on the handle as illustrated in the picture. The ivy on the handle was one reason we chose the arrangement.

Very happy with the purchase of this lovely bouquet called "A Full Life". The ease of online ordering with different options was helpful, and then same day delivery was such a plus. Understandably, some of the flower selections needed to be substituted, but the overall effect was perfect!

Although I was not able to attend my best friend's service,,(I live in Florida), and my physician had advised me not to travel, because of my compromised lungs...asthma., the Family said that the flowers were beautiful. And, if they looked like the picture that I ordered (which many times they don't) I am well pleased.

I have ordered this particular arrangement before from other florists and it is beautiful. The one I received from your florist was terrible, For $164.00 is was the smallest arrangement at the funeral, it was flat on top, not full, the handle on the basket should have been higher, could hardly see it, it was embarrassing that it was so small, I don't know what the standard basket would have looked like but it probably looked exactly the same as the one I picked which was the deluxe. Very unhappy with this arrangement and the amount of money I paid for it.

Picture deceiving. I ordered and paid $132.00 for the larger basket and when I went to the wake, I was very disappointed that it was this small little basket overshadowed by even a small vase of flowers. Picture should have said this is actual size of the largest basket. Disappointed that with your reputation in the business this would happen.

The help provided by "Basime" was wonderful. She was very informative, patient, sympathetic and had great suggestions. I am convinced that because of her, I picked the perfect gifts for a very special lady who will be missed dearly. There were so many awesome choices! I was extremely happy with this arrangement to honor my grandmother. It is pricey, but very full with good quality flowers and time was put into the basket to make it beautiful.
