Charles Thomas “Caveman” Andrews, of La Vergne, Tennessee, passed away on Friday, February 25, 2022. Born May 2, 1959 in Nashville, Tennessee, he was the son of the late Edward Andrews and Carol Pomeroy Andrews. He loved doing upholstery and had done upholstery work for ZZ Top, Faron Young, Reba McEntire, Trace Adkins and the Opryland Hotel. He enjoyed being outdoors fishing and camping. He served his country proudly in the U.S. Army. The most important thing in his life was his family. Caveman was also a huge fan blues artists such as Stevie Ray Vaught, BB King and Janis Joplin. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Anthony Wayne Andrews; sister Kandie Lynn Peek; mother-in-law Vivian Pendleton; father-in-law James Lee Campbell; grandmother Mable Hatcherson; brothers Bobby an Kenny Ray Andrews. He is survived by his loving wife of 46 years, Donna Marie Andrews; sons Thomas Lee Andrews and James Andrews; daughter-in-law Diana Andrews; grandchildren Aradia Andrews and Sabia Andrews; sister Rene (Rob) Andrews; brothers Eric (Geneva) Gillmer; sister-in-law Tara Andrews; his Rottweiler fur babies Midnight and Buttercup.
