Ms. Aileen Elizabeth Etter's Obituary
Aileen Elizabeth Etter, born May 1, 1933 passed away on August 2, 2020. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband of 64 years, Earl. Aileen was a bookkeeper and worked up until the age of 70. She then spent her retirement years volunteering at Skyline Medical Center Gift Shop and traveling throughout the country with her husband and family. Aileen loved her husband, family and her church. She was deeply loved and will be missed by all those who knew her. She is survived by daughters; Angela Etter, Rita Etter; son, Chris Etter; granddaughter Michelle Brinson; great grandchildren, Christina Brinson and Andrew Brinson along with numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation for Aileen will be held on Thursday, August 6, 2020 from 4 PM until 8 PM at Spring Hill Funeral Home and Cemetery, 5110 Gallatin Road, Nashville, TN, 37216 with a Rosary Service starting at 7:00 PM. Funeral Mass will be at Saint Joseph Catholic Church, on Friday at 11 AM with visitation starting at 10 AM. Father Joe McMahon will conduct the services. Burial following services will be at Spring Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to Alive Hospice Nashville or a charity of choice. Arrangements by Spring Hill Funeral Home and Cemetery, a Nashville landmark since 1785 “Where Nashville Comes to Remember”
