Baby Alayna M. Shadowens, age 11 months, of Joelton, Tennessee, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, January 27, 2021. She is survived by her parents, Dystanie Shadowens and Thomas Shoemake; baby brother, Michael “ManMan” Shadowens; grandparents, Paula Clarke (Rob), William Shadowens (Robin), Candi Maddox (Brian), Thomas Weatherby. Alayna was an amazing baby girl. She loved Minnie Mouse, unicorns, music, the movie Frozen and spending time with her family and baby brother. Her eyes could light the room up and she was always happy. Alayna will always hold a special place in the hearts of everyone that knew her.
Visitation for Alayna will be held on Wednesday, February 3, 2021 from 1 PM until 8 PM and again on Thursday, February 4, 2021 from 11 AM until 12:00 PM at which time a Celebration of Life Funeral Service will be conducted from the chapel of Spring Hill Funeral Home, 5110 Gallatin Road, Nashville, TN, 37216. Burial will follow in Historic Spring Hill Cemetery.
