Mrs. Alice Faye Napier's Obituary
Alice Faye Napier, age 66, of Greenbrier, Tennessee passed away on Saturday, January 12, 2019 at home surrounded by her family. Alice was born on November 7, 1952 in Nashville, Tennessee to the late John William Timmons and Billie Sue Brasel.
Alice loved people, having never met a stranger. She was always looking for the positive in any situation. Alice was everyone’s mother and counselor. She loved being a housewife, mother and grandmother. She was known as ‘The East Nashville Queen’ and also known on the CB radio as ‘Heavy Duty’, having communicated on the CB radio for 40+ years.
Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother Leroy Timmons.
She is survived by her daughter Juanita (Allen) Givens; sons Danny Fann, Jr, Randall Napier, Jr, and Austin Napier; a sister, Nancy Dixon; grandchildren Jerry Givens, Jr, and Jessica Givens; great-grandchildren Jeremiah Rodman and Elijah Cox; nieces Nicole Barkle, Tara Hughes, Tanya Chavez and Christina Grimes; nephews Aaron Parks and Jason Brasel.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 16, 2019 from 1 pm until 8 pm at Spring Hill Funeral Home. There will be an additional visitation held on Thursday, January 17, 2019 from 9 am until the time of service beginning at 10 am. Entombment will follow the service in the Historic Spring Hill Cemetery.
