Mrs. Alma Pauline "Polly" Van Goor's Obituary
Alma Pauline “Polly” Van Goor, age 89 of Madison passed away July 29, 2014 of Natural Causes, surrounded by her family. Mrs. Van Goor was born on March 18, 1925 in Gallatin, TN to the Late Charlie and Era Hatler. She is survived by her husband of 70 years, John Van Goor; children, Judy Belman and Randall Van Goor; grandchildren, Erick Lee, Cynthia Wheeler and John Van Goor; great-grandchildren, Mowgly Lee, Daisy Lee, Ryan Wheeler, Eva Wheeler, Stella Van Goor and Lucy Van Goor; and sisters, Katherine Sutter and Jane Smith. A graveside service will be conducted on Friday, August 1st at 1:00 P.M. in the Gallatin City Cemetery with Rev. Kenny Butcher officiating. Visitation with the family will be on Thursday, July 31st from 4-7 P.M. at Spring Hill Funeral Home.
