Mr. Andrew "Andy" Bolling Sr.'s Obituary
Mr. Andrew “Andy” Bolling, Sr, age 86 of Mt. Juliet, passed away November 20, 2023. He was born on March 8, 1937 in Nashville, TN to the late Richard and Alma Webster Bolling. Preceded in death by his wife of 68 years, Betty Jo Bolling; son Andrew Bolling, Jr “Bubba”; son-in-law Tony Whittemore and great-granddaughter Luna. He is survived by his daughters, Diane “Dale’ Norton and Vicki Whittemore; baby son, Ricky “Christy” Bolling; 9 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and 10 great-great-grandchildren.
Andy worked with Uhaul as a mechanic for several years. When asked what mattered the most to him in life, it was his love and dedication for his family. Him and his wife, Betty Jo, built a life together and raised a family they were proud of. He had a spirit of giving and he will be greatly missed by his family.
A Celebration of Life service will be held Friday, December 1, 2023, 12:00 noon in the chapel of Spring Hill Funeral Home with Bubba Morris officiating. Interment will follow in Spring Hill Cemetery with his family serving as pallbearers. Visitation with the family will be Wednesday, November 29th from 4:00-8:00 p.m and Thursday, November 30th from 10:00 am-8:00 p.m. at Spring Hill Funeral Home, 5110 Gallatin Pike, Nashville, TN 37216, 615-865-1101, www.springhillfh.com.
