Ann Cooper Miles' Obituary
It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Ms. Ann Cooper Miles on February 6th, 2023 in Hendersonville, Tennessee. She was born on January 5th, 1941 in Frankfort, Kentucky to Woodrow S. White and Evelyn L. Cooper White.
Ann was a loving wife, daughter, granddaughter, aunt, great-aunt, and friend. She was an absolute joy to be around, and a Kentucky Wildcats fanatic for as long as her family can recall. You knew you were going to have a wonderful time when she was around. She adored her family above all else. She was a bright light in the lives of those who knew her, and her presence will be missed dearly.
In addition to her parents, Ann is preceded in death by her beloved husband Reverend W.W. Miles; grandparents Floy and Mansel Cooper; aunt Essie Mitchell; and uncle Guy Cooper. She is survived by her sister Beverly (Garry) Jenkins; nieces and nephew Shelley Jenkins, Micah Jenkins, and Karah (Jorgen) Runquist; great-nieces and great-nephews Mikayla (Landon), Brendan, Bryce, Joshua, Savannah, Brantley, Carlie, Braden, Ansley, Grant, Josiah, and Rhett; and a host of extended family and friends.
The family will receive guests for visitation on Sunday, February 12th, 2023 at Spring Hill Funeral Home from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, and on Monday, February 13th, 2023 at Spring Hill Funeral Home from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. A chapel service will commence after Monday’s visitation at 12:00 PM with burial to follow at Historical Spring Hill Cemetery.
Arrangements are entrusted to Spring Hill Funeral Home and Cemetery, “Where Nashville Comes to Remember.”
