Mrs. Ann was such a sweet person. Every time that we saw her, she was always smiling and truly glad to see us. She will be missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with Tommy and Sandy during this time.

When I came to town in 1977 to play in the symphony and became A. Richards in the phone book, calls sometimes went to your Ann Richards instead of to me, also Ann Richards. Ann was so nice to forward them on to me. This was before answering machines, call waiting, pagers and cell phones, so these calls were important for me to get gigs. One time I had a little thank-you gift for Ann and arranged to meet her downtown on a day I had a rehearsal. I remember she was a very lovely person and so thoughtful too. Blessings to the family.
to tommy and sandy I would like to thank you for letting me work with you mother as her caregiver.
I worked with Ann in the mailroom for about 3 years. She was a sweet lady and always had a smile for everyone. Please accept my prayers and deepest sympathy for the family and her many friends.

My sincere condolences to the family of Ann Richards. May you find comfort in your loving memories, and in God's promise to soon "swallow up death forever" and "wipe away the tears from all faces." (Isaiah 2588) With deepest sympathy,
Ann and I worked several years together with the State of Tennessee Revenue Dept. She was a caring and loving friend and will be missed.
