Mrs. Ann Watson Stratton's Obituary
Ann Watson Stratton, age 105, of Columbia, TN, passed away Sunday, September 20, 2015. She was born September 4, 1910, in Nashville, TN, to the late John Worrell and Lillian Worrell Johnston. Besides her parents, she is also preceded in death by her husband, Thomas McGavock Stratton.
Ann is survived by her daughter, Patty Stratton Stovall and husband Larry; grandson, Joe Steven Stovall and wife Tracy; granddaughter, Stephanie Stovall Ragland and husband Tony; grandson, John Stratton Stovall and wife Rachel; granddaughter, Natalie Stovall Bavendam and husband James; great-grandchildren, Bailey, Shelby, Ansley, McKinley, Cameron, Jack, Abigail and Chas.
Graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, September 25, 2015, in section M of Historic Spring Hill Cemetery with Reverend Tommy Vann officiating.
A memorial service will be held at 6:30 p.m., Tuesday, September 29, 2015, at First United Methodist Church, 222 West 17th Street, Columbia Tn 38401 with Reverend Chip Hunter and Reverend Melinda Britt officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the First United Methodist Church in Columbia, Tennessee.
