Ms. Anna Allen's Obituary
Anna Allen, age 90, passed away on Monday, February 11, 2019 in Nashville, Tennessee. Anna was born on May 22, 1928 in Yugoslavia to the late Franco and Magdalana.
Anna and her late husband came to the United States when they fled the communist in Germany. She was always grateful to be in the United States and she had some interesting stories to tell. She always enjoyed gardening and yard work. She also loved to spend her time at Christmas to help make cookies for her family. She cherished greatly the life that she had been blessed with.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Melvin Allen and her son, Josip Hochrein.
Anna is survived by her daughters, Anna Peruzzi, Helen Hochrein, Denka Sievers and Branka Manson; eight grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild. She is also survived by a host of relatives and friends.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, February 14, 2019 at 1 pm at the Historic Spring Hill Cemetery. Interment will follow in the Historic Spring Hill Cemetery.
