Anne West Mills' Obituary
MILLS, Anne West, Age 73 of Nashville, TN, passed away on Tuesday, March 17, 2009. Mrs. Mills was the Merchandise Manager for the Children's Department of the former Castner-Knotts Department Stores. She was preceded in death by her parents, Van Luttrell and Frances Jeanetta Morris West. Mrs. Mills is survived by her loving husband of fifty-six years, Herbert H. Mills; her daughter and son-in-law, Jeanan Mills Stuart and Marshall S. Stuart, Jr.; and her son and daughter-in-law, Todd Mills and Susan Scudder Mills; grandchildren, Marshall Stuart III and Cameron Mills. The family will receive friends on Wednesday at Spring Hill Funeral Home, 5110 Gallatin Rd., Nashville, TN from 4 to 8 p.m., and where funeral services will be conducted on Thursday, March 19, 2009 at 11 a.m., with Bro. Clifford Owens officiating. Friends and family will serve as Pallbearers. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Alive Hospice of Nashville, 1718 Patterson Street, Nashville, TN 37203.
