April was a strong, independent woman who loved her family more than anything in this whole world. She was a school crossing guard and adored her job. She was loving, forgiving, and an amazing caretaker who loved caring for her family - that was her hobby, taking care of those she loved.
It was only fitting that such an amazing caregiver be given the best care, therefore April’s family would like to extend a very special thank you to Alive Hospice, especially Sarah for their loving and tender care of April through her illness.
A Memorial Service will be held at East Nashville General Baptist Church (2100 Scott Avenue in Nashville) on Saturday, February 1, 2020 at 12 o’ clock in the afternoon, Brother Danny Everett officiating. The family will be hosting a Celebration of Life Gathering after the service at Timothy and April’s home. Spring Hill Funeral Home has been entrusted with the final care for Mrs. McKnight. 5110 Gallatin Road, Nashville, Tennessee 37216. (615) 865-1101. “Where Nashville Comes to Remember.”
