Barbara Ann Fenton, age 69, of Silver Point, Tennessee, passed away on Saturday, November 25, 2017 at her residence. She is preceded in death by her parents, Elmer Marlan and Irene Eli. She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Read Obituary
Barbara was that one Aunt who made a life long impression on me. As a child, I wanted to be just like her... confident, funny, ambitious, beautiful, determined (sometimes stubborn), adventurous, highly independent, and afraid of nothing! Anything she did, she did to the fullest! Whether it was excelling in her job, slalom skiing, giving parties decorated to the last detail and filled with laughter, racing in the Powder Puff at Nashville Motor Speedway when she was younger, or decorating her home to perfectly fit her and Tommy’s personalities.
Her animals were her heart, and dotted upon like any good mother would for her beloved children.
Barbara Ann was the life of the party and had a laugh that was marvelously infectious! Her eyes had a sharpness to them, that left no doubt to her quick witt and intelligence. Anything she wanted to accomplish, she did!
Aunt Barbara Ann, you will be missed dearly. I will forever carry with me, that part of you I have become. I thank you for the lessons you unknowingly taught me. Thank you for the laughter. Rest In Peace.
