Mrs. Barbara Garrison's Obituary
Barbara Sue Love Garrison, 80, passed away August 23, 2016 in the care of Lakeshore Heartland Senior Care, Donelson, TN. She was born in Nashville on September 20, 1935 and was the daughter of John Love, Sr. and Nellie Ann Spears Love. Barbara graduated from East High School in Nashville.
Barbara is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Lynn Daniel Garrison, Sr.; her brothers and sister, John W. Love, Jr., Eva Love McDaniel, Hilary B. Love, Lillian Love Timmons, Alvin Love, Katherine Love Hooper, James F. Love, Luther David Love, Effie Love Carr, and Clara Love Carver.
Barbara is survived by her children, Lynnette Garrison (Alvin) Payne, Lainie Garrison (Paul) Wharton and Lynn Daniel (Danny) Garrison, Jr. (Melissa Waldron); grandchildren, Brandon (Tirzah) Payne, Brian (Becca) Payne, Tori Wharton Smith (Ben), Lucas Wharton and Jon Meade; great-grandchildren, Stella Payne, Jackson Payne, Amelia Kate Payne, and Jameson Smith.
Adhering to Barbara’s wishes, a graveside service will be held, 1pm Wednesday, August 31, 2016 at Spring Hill Funeral Home.
