AUGUSTIN, Barbara J. age 75 of Madison passed away June 26, 2009. She is survived by her husband Louis Augustin, son Terry (Cyndi) Augustin, daughter Kathy (Jamie) Russell, 3 Grandchildren Brooke Augustin, Timothy Russell, Amanda Russell, Brother Max (Audrey) Ezell. Funeral services will be conducted on Monday, June 29, 2009 at 1PM at Spring Hill Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Phil Martin officiating. Honorary Pallbearers, Ottis Pilkinton and Phillip Spears. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Alive Hospice. Interment Spring Hill Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be Sunday 2 til 4 and 6 til 8PM, Monday 12 Noon til 1PM at SPRING HILL FUNERAL HOME & CEMETERY, 5110 Gallatin Rd., at Briley Pkwy. 615-865-1101.
