Ms. Barbara McKnight's Obituary
Barbara Jo McKnight, age 68, passed away on March 24, 2021 in Nashville, TN. She was born on April 27, 1952 in Nashville.
Barbara enjoyed making beautiful crafts and writing poetry in her spare time. She had many things that she enjoyed doing, but the most important was spending time with her children, grandchildren, and family. She was a member of the Miracle Worker Ministry. Barbara cherished the life that she was blessed with.
She is preceded in death by a sister, Donna Carney, and a brother, Gary McDowell.
Barbara is survived by her daughter, Stephanie Sylliaasen (Jack); son, Shane Matthews (Ashley); mother, Barbara Louise Gibson; sisters, Janet Holloway, Doris McDowell, and Carolyn Byrd; brother, Bill Dycus; grandchildren, Hailey, Raven, Bret, Kylie, Serena, and Lucas. She is also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Interment will take place on Tuesday, March 30, 2021 at the Historic Spring Hill Cemetery in Nashville.
