Mrs. Barbara Stone's Obituary
Mrs. Barbara Ann Stone, age 85 of Madison, Tennessee, passed away on Sunday, February 23, 2020. She was born to the late Delmer and Louise Stone on October 20, 1934. She was preceded in death by her husbands Oscar Stone and Wallace Carpenter. She is survived by her children Phyllis Carpenter, Paul Carpenter (Chris), and Ronald Carpenter, as well as twelve grandchildren and twenty-seven great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Stone was a very kind, generous, and creative person. She enjoyed singing, crafting, and sewing. She also very much enjoyed shopping and carefully putting together perfectly matching outfits, complete with matching shoes, jewelry, and handbags. She enjoyed fine food and fresh flowers, as well as giving to her home church, Grace Church of the Nazarene.
A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held for Mrs. Stone on Friday March 6, 2020 at 11am at Grace Church of the Nazarene. 2620 Pennington Bend, Nashville, TN 37214.
