He was preceded in death by his father, Ben Roy Batts, Sr. He is survived by his mother, Betty Jean; wife, Linda Ovella; his children, Ben Roy (Genn) Batts, III: Iva Jean (Micheal) Aune: Charles Frank Batts; his grandchildren, Langley Batts: Lily Batts: David Dukes: Matthew Arnold: Corryn Aune: Rilyn Aune: Nove Aune: Michael (MJ) Aune: Hudson Aune: Valentine Batts; sisters, Jackie Kim (Carl) Tomlinson: Chere Boyd.
A Celebration of Life Graveside Service will be held Tuesday, September 28, 2021, 1:00 p.m. at Spring Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday from 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.
