Bertha Lorene Rogers' Obituary
ROGERS,Bertha Lorene Age 80 of Gallatin passed away on Saturday, December 18th. She began her career as a certified x-ray technologist. Later she worked in administration in the Radiology Department at Vanderbilt, but was most recently employed as an office manager for Drs. Bell and LeBlanc. She was born to the late Haney and Bertha Lorene Simms. She is also preceded in death by her brothers, Jake Simms and John Simms; and sister, Mary Ann Simms. She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Fred Rogers; daughters, Kathy (Carl) Ballinger and Sharon (Danny) Sulkin; brother, Howard Simms; grandson, Adam (Angie) Wheeler; and great grandchildren, Benjamin Wheeler and Bradley Wheeler. Visitation will be on Tuesday, December 21st from 4-8PM and on Wednesday, December 22nd from 10AM till service time at 12 Noon at SPRING HILL FUNERAL HOME & CEMETERY 5110 Gallatin Rd. at Briley Pky. 1-(615)-865-1101
