Mrs. Betty Akin's Obituary
Betty Akin; Age 80 of Brentwood, TN passed away on April 29, 2016. She was born on April 29, 1936 in Nashville, TN. She is preceded in death by her Parents; Fredrick Hollis Binkley and Frankie Cavender Binkley, brother; Freddy Binkley.
She is survived by her loving Husband; Billy Akin, Daughter; Lisa (John) Duncan, Brother; Ricky Binkley, Grandchildren; John Robert and Joshua Michael.
Betty was passionate about art and was a student as well as a member of a painting group at Harlinsdale Farm. Betty was a very loving woman who always went out of her way for others. She was a member of Belmont Church. Betty will be dearly missed.
Funeral service will be conducted on Tuesday May 3, 2016 at 11:30am at Spring Hill Funeral Home, Nashville, TN.
Visitation with the family will be Monday May 2, 2016 from 2-4pm at Spring Hill Funeral Home, Nashville, TN.
In lieu of flowers make memorials to Williamson County animal shelter.
