Mrs. Betty Price's Obituary
Betty J. Price, age 81, passed away Sunday, February 23, 2020. Betty was born on August 25, 1938, in Nashville, Tennessee. She is the daughter of Hilton and Erma Pugh, both of whom preceded her in death. She is survived by her husband, John Price, and children Gina Pruitt, Mike Price and Sheri Siske. Betty is survived by her two grandchildren, Brannon and Josh Hunt, and many other grand and great grandchildren. She has two sisters Diane Holladay and Patsy Henry (Bill).
Betty loved to travel and go on cruises with her sister-in-law. During her working years she worked at Neely’s Bend Baptist Church. Betty worked on many committees and taught a women’s Bible class. After retiring she did volunteer work at the hospital in the nursery which gave her great joy.
She will be missed dearly by her family, friends, and all who loved her.
There will be a Celebration of Life on Friday, February 28, 2020, at Neely’s Bend Baptist Church. Visitation will begin at 10:30. The service will be at 11:00.
