Betty Thompson's Obituary
Betty E. Thompson, age 76, passed away on Wednesday, November 23, 2016. She was born to Howard and Evelyn (White) Vaden on May 5, 1940 in Carthage, Tennessee.
Betty married the love of her life, Chester Thompson of Fairview, Tennessee. They located to Greenbrier, Tennessee. Betty loved to garden, read, and loved her dachshund “Ruby”.
She is preceded in death by her parents, two sons David Jones and Johnny Jones, her sister Jean Coleman, and her half-brother Paul White.
Betty is survived by her loving husband Chester, sons Charles Jones and Chad Thompson, daughters Pamela Jones and Brenda Jones. In addition, she is survived by her grandchildren Heather Crump, Wendy Brown, David Van Zandt, Hayden Thompson, Corbin Thompson, and Grayson Thompson as well as her great-grandchildren Delilah Evans, Elizabeth Diane Crump.
