Billie Jean Morrow's Obituary
Billie Jean Morrow, 88, of Goodlettsville, Tennessee, was born on March 7, 1934 and passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family on Friday, May 27, 2022. She was a member of East Nashville General Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John T. Morrow; parents, Christine and Hubert Wayne Duncan; siblings, Lavonia Henning, Maurine Durkin and Gary Duncan.
Mrs. Morrow is survived by her brother, Hubert Wayne Duncan, Jr. (Mary Evelyn); children, Janice Cushenberry (Butch), Mike Morrow, Judy Yandell (Gary); grandchildren, John Steven Brown (Lenka), Natalie Dohanos (Larry), Stacie Toole (Brent), Kayla Norton (Paul), Wesley Yandell (Hannah), Kristin Norton (Tyler), Kim Myers (C.J.), and Kristi Utley (Terry); and eight great-grandchildren, Kira, Anna Grace, Max, Hayden, Garrett, Ella, Mason and Gunner. The family would like to give a special thank you to Mrs. Morrow’s caregiver, Cindy Laney, for all her love she has shown.
The family will receive relatives and friends on Thursday, June 2 from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 12:00 p.m. at Spring Hill Funeral Home and Cemetery, 5110 Gallatin Road in Nashville. The burial service will immediately follow also at Spring Hill Cemetery.
Memorial contributions can be made to East Nashville General Baptist Church in Mrs. Morrow’s name.
