Mr. Billy Woodall, Jr.'s Obituary
Billy Woodall, Jr., age 87, of Gallatin passed away Friday, September 4, 2015. He was born August 19, 1928 in Franklin, KY to the late Willie and Lola (Dixon) Woodall. Also preceded in death by his son, Mike Woodall; and six siblings. Billy loved everything about baseball but most especially Braves Baseball. He enjoyed a good yard sale and also enjoyed having yard sales. Billy was retired from Ford Glass Plant where he worked as an Oiler.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Francis Woodall; son, Ronnie (Kimberly) Woodall; daughter, Sherrie McKenzie; brothers, Ray (Peggy) Woodall and Bobby (Yvonne) Woodall; grandchildren, Stephen Woodall, Shannon Clemons, Katie McBurnett and Dustin Adam McBurnett; step-granddaughter, Monica Deel; great-grandchildren, Christopher, Kayla, Taylor, Cody, Lexie, Vanna and Chase; and step-great-grandchild, Devon.
A celebration of life funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 9, 2015 at Spring Hill Funeral Home. The family will receive friends prior to service from 10 a.m. – until funeral time. Interment will follow in Historic Spring Hill Cemetery.
