Mrs. Brenda Sue Brown's Obituary
Brenda Sue Brown, age 69, of Franklin, KY, passed away on Monday, March 18, 2019. She is preceded in death by her parents, John and Alma Casteel; husband of 29 years, Robert Donald Brown. She is survived by her two sons, John Robert Brown, Christopher Ward Carter; two daughters, Laura Jo Brown, Julia Elizabeth Brown; two brothers, Leland Casteel, Richard Casteel; four sisters, Virginia Presley, Nancy Gregory (Tim), Carolyn Shelton (Harold), Linda Stewart (Tommy); seven grandchildren, Chelsey Carter, Kelsey Carter, Christina Carter, Nicholas Carter, Joseph Brown, Lauren Jernigan, Julissa Brown; four great-grandchildren. Brenda was a easy going, hardworking woman her entire life. She enjoyed doing yard work, gardening, birds, taking care of animals and was considered a good cook. She often hosted holiday meals at her home for family and friends. She will be missed by all those who knew her and loved her. Visitation for Brenda will be held at Spring Hill Funeral Home, 5110 Gallatin Road, Nashville, TN, 37216 on Thursday, March 21, 2019 from 4 PM until 8 PM and again on Friday, March 22, 2019 from Noon until 2:00 PM at which time a Celebration of Life Funeral Service will be conducted from the funeral home chapel.
