I just wanted to let John, Chad, Heath and Tammy know that I was thinking about them on this Mother's Day. It truly was a privilege to serve your family.
Brenda was one of those rare people who knew how to make a person feel appreciated. She displayed genuine love and caring for others and I'm grateful to have had opportunity to get to know her, even if only for a short time on this earth. She will leave a noticeable void at the Barn Church.
I've known her family since I was 14 in 9th grade with Glenda and was friends with both sisters. Brenda & I became Best Friends in 1981 & I introduced her to Wayne. As the years passed we developed a spiritual bond that would never be broken. If either of us was going through tough times the other one would call. Countless times I knew she'd call or that I needed to call her. We'd talk about God, family, our struggles and heartache. We supported each other, shared love, laughter and tears together. Our last words were always I Love you. I miss you already and will fill the empty void in my heart with so many precious memories. I know she's an Angel in Heaven and will be watching over us all.
I Love you & will miss you Always,
Sandy Sellers
There are so many good memories as she and my oldest brother were married when both of them were very young. I actually baby sat Tammy while both of them worked when they lived in Miami. Each night when they came home we'd have Tuna Fish sandwiches which she always made with mustard as most people use mayonnaise. And there were the days when a lot of us would work helping out "Capt. Paulo" who everyone anywhere near Stratford High School would go to eat the best fish and his special hand made hush puppies.(Up till this day No Other Fish Place Came Close To As Good As His).Brenda
as everyone can tell you was as beautiful on the inside( her soul) as the outside. I wish
I could have spent more time with her through the years. But our lives went in different
directions. Please keep her daughter (My niece Tammy in your prayers) as well as her
husband Wayne, other children, grandchildren & great grandchildren & all the other family members. R.I.P. Brenda you will be missed.
