Mr. Burpee Odell Jolley Sr.'s Obituary
Burpee Odell Jolley Sr., 69, of Nashville, Tennessee passed away on Monday, February 3, 2020. He was born on March 17, 1950 in Nashville, Tennessee to Dorothy E. Jolley and the late Cornelius Vanderbilt Jolley, Jr.
Burpee was baptized at a young age at Evans Hill Baptist Church. He proudly served his country in the United States Army. He retired from Volunteer Thread Company as Vice President after 30 years of service. Burpee enjoyed collecting classic cars.
He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Bok Lim Jolley; children Melissa (Gustavius) Waynick, Louis Jolley, Burpee Jolley Jr, and Kenneth (Megan) Jolley; grandchildren Malia Waynick, Jaylen Waynick, Hope Jolley, Faith Jolley, Jade Jolley, and Elisha Bennett. One very devoted brother Cornelius V. Jolley III; sisters Dorothy (Donald) Bryant and Catherine Wilson; a host of cousins, friends and family.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 8, 2020 at Spring Hill Funeral Home from 10 AM until 2 PM. A Celebration of Life Funeral Service will follow at 2 PM with Rev. Haeng Lee (in Korean) and Rev. Dan Eum (in English).
