Rapp. A time of visitation will be held on Monday evening, November 20, 2017 from 5:30 to 8:00 p.m. in the chapel of Spring Hill Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held in his honor on Tuesday, November 21, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at Middle TN State Veterans Cemetery.
