Carol Marie Lynch Moss' Obituary
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Mrs. Carol Marie Lynch Moss on November 13th, 2023, in Nashville, Tennessee.
Carol was born in Nashville on April 23rd, 1944, to John Murray Lynch, Sr., and Margueritte Deadrick Lynch. To know Carol was to love her, and she devoted herself to her family and friends in every way. She was a master card and Dominos player, and enjoyed a game of Skip-Bo, Solitaire, Uno, and Mexican Train. She was an integral part of the FiftyForward Group at the Madison Senior Center, where she could be found nearly five times a week! She was also a huge Elvis Presley and Tom Jones fan. When not dancing along to their records, she could be found tending her rose and tomato garden. Her beautiful spirit will be missed by those left to cherish her memory.
In addition to her parents John and Margueritte, Carol is preceded in death by her brothers Murray Lynch, Jr. and Nick Lynch. She is survived by her loving husband Perry Hammond Moss; daughters Lesa (Bubba) Waller and Melody Wilson; grandchildren Stephan, Hunter, Logan, and Abby; sisters-in-law Patsy Lynch and Sissy Lynch; several nieces and nephews; and a host of extended family and dear friends.
The family cordially invites guests and relatives for a time of visitation on Thursday, November 16th, 2023, from five o’clock until eight o’clock in the evening, and on Friday, November 17th, 2023, from nine thirty until ten thirty in the morning, with a chapel service to follow at Spring Hill Funeral Home. The family and guests will be led in a funeral cortege to Hermitage Memorial Gardens in Hermitage, Tennessee, following the chapel service.
