Mrs. Carol Renee Vanderpool's Obituary
On Tuesday January 10, 2023, Carol Renee “NaeNae” Vanderpool gained her wings at the age of 62. Renee was born November 17, 1960 in Nashville, Tennessee to Robert Edwards Andrews II and Carol Elizabeth Pomeroy. She is survived by her husband of nearly 46 years, Robert “Robbie” Vanderpool, children April Michelle Vanderpool, Shawna Lindsey (Randy), and Robert Patrick Vanderpool (Ashley), grandchildren Jason “J.J.” Bond, Hailey Vanderpool, Kameron Bond (Jason), Cassidy Bond, Alexis Lindsey (Linda), Chase Vanderpool (Lisa), Logan Vanderpool (Hannah) Vanderpool, and Hunter Lindsey, great-grandchildren Jacob Vanderpool, Camden Vanderpool, and Liam Morris-Bond, siblings Eric Gilmer (Geneva) and Belinda “Bit” Tobitt (Jerry), the best dog in the world Rocky, numerous nieces, nephews, and her bonus grandson Dayton.
Renee was preceded in death by her father Robert Edward Andrews II, mother Carol Elizabeth Davis, siblings Thomas “Tommy” Andrews, Kandie O’Saille, Robert “Bobby” Andrews, Kenneth “Kenny Ray” Andrews, and grandson Tyler Jordan Lindsey.
Renee enjoyed the beach, cruises, and the casino. She was obsessed with Pioneer Woman. She was extremely talented with crafts and crocheting. She loved singing karaoke with her brother Kenny Ray. She was an amazing mother and wife and loved her family dearly. She had a contagious smile and positive outlook on life. Her legacy will live on through everyone she met. She will be truly missed.
The family has requested that in lieu of flowers, donations be made directly to Spring Hill Funeral Home and Cemetery for Renee’s final expenses.
A visitation will be held on Saturday January 21, 2023 from 12pm-2pm at Spring Hill Funeral Home, with a Celebration of Life Funeral Service beginning in the Spring Hill Chapel at 2pm.
