Mrs. Carolyn Jeanette Moore's Obituary
Mrs. Carolyn Jeanette Moore, age 74, of Madison, Tennessee entered the gates of heaven on Friday December 3, 2021. She was born on October 12, 1947 in Sewanee, Tennessee to the late Alva and Exie Brooks. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother Jimmy Brooks, and sisters Sandra Stafford, Teresa Franklin, and Marlin Brooks. She is survived by her loving husband of almost 34 years Keith Moore, children Andrew Madison, Arthur Litchfield (Debbie), and Angel Lail (Dale); siblings Ray Brooks, Virgil Brooks, Jessie Brooks, Janice McGowan, Constance Taite, and Dinah Cross; and grandchildren A.J. Madison, Tyler Lail, Caleb Lail, Alexie Lail. Jeanette is also survived by a host of loving extended family and friends.
Jeanette was a loving mother, sister, wife, and friend. She was kind and meek, but could be feisty when she needed to be. She had a very giving spirit and loved helping others. She was very strong in her faith and lived it every day. Outreach was her passion, and she was heavily involved with her church.
In lieu of flowers, the family of Mrs. Moore has requested that donations be made to the Missions Program at First Apostolic Church.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday December 7 from 5pm-7pm at First Apostolic Church (265 Broadmoor Drive, Nashville, Tennessee 37207). A Celebration of Life Funeral Service will be held the following day, Wednesday December 8 at 11am. Burial will follow in Historic Spring Hill Cemetery.
