Ms. Carolyn Jeanette Shular's Obituary
Carolyn Jeanette Shular, age 90, of Hendersonville, TN, passed away on Friday, August 16, 2019. She is preceded in death by her husband of 71 years, Robert Shular; one daughter, Tamara Jill Shular; one son, Robert Vinson Shular Jr. She is survived by one daughter, Pamela LaMura; one sister, Lena Sue Acosta; one brother, Meredith Espy McNeal (Nancy); five grandchildren, Robert Vinson Shular (Martina), Stephanie LaMura (Cory), Shannon Reed (Chris), Chance Shular, Garrett Shular (Adrienne); six great-grandchildren, Jace Shular, Kyler Shular, Sawyer Strand, Hudson Reed, Evelyn Shular, Brielle Shular.
Carolyn was considered a good cook and baker by her family. She loved to cook for the family especially around the holidays. She also enjoyed sewing, watching Wheel of Fortune and the Hallmark Channel. Her faith was the center of her heart and home and it was very important to her to pass that down to her children and grandchildren. Carolyn will be missed by all those who knew her and loved her. Visitation for Carolyn will be held at Spring Hill Funeral Home and Cemetery, 5110 Gallatin Road, Nashville, TN, 37216 on Friday, August 23, 2019 from 9 AM until 11 AM at which time a Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be conducted. Burial will follow at Historic Spring Hill Cemetery. Arrangements by Spring Hill Funeral Home and Cemetery, a Nashville landmark since 1785 “Where Nashville Comes to Remember”
