It is still hard to taken it in that Cecil is now in his last phase of life, helping and having fun in Heaven with his family and friends that were waiting for his arrival. Although, I can still see Cecil bringing our Christmas presents. Cecil had such a great sense of humor and if I could have reach his face I always wanted to pinch those cute little facial cheeks! Carolyne, I will always cherish our trips back and forth to church. If you need ANYTHING please let me know. Your Sister in Christ, Dawn (& of course Scout)

Cecil was my uncle. He named me when I was born. He and Carolyne Have always been connected, involved, caring, and giving to me and my children our whole lives. He was one of the nicest men I’ve ever known. He was always friendly and funny and up to date on the good things in life. They were a compassionate and giving couple to everyone, Always ready to help in any way. He will be missed beyond words can say. He was very special to me, as he was to probably everyone he met. An amazing human being no matter what was going in his own life. He and Carolyne are true Christian people and are admired for their love and kindness. He was a great conversationalist and played an essential and positive influence on so many lives through his life journey. Especially mine. I know he is in heaven and not hurting or sick anymore.
