Mr. Charles "Bridges" B. Tyree Sr.'s Obituary
Charles B. Tyree Sr., age 97, of Madison, Tennessee, passed away on Friday, July 9, 2021. He is preceded in death by his parents, Dubley and Corrine Moore; wife, Betty Ann Tyree; one sister, Fleta Holliday; one brother, Thomas Tyree. He is survived by his two sons, Charles B. Tyree Jr. (Betty), William Tyree; one sister, Genny Pardue; one brother, Richard Moore (Wilma); one grandchild, Mark Tyree; two great-grandchildren, Samatha and Tyler Tyree.
Bridges was a member of First Church of the Nazarene for 40 + years. He was employed at the Ford Motor Company for 37 years. Bridges enjoyed wood working, gardening and planting flowers. He was a family man and enjoyed family gatherings. He never met a stranger and would help anyone in need. He will be missed by all those who knew him and loved him.
Visitation for Bridges will be held on Wednesday, July 14, 2021 from 10 AM until 2 PM at Spring Hill Funeral Home and Cemetery, 5110 Gallatin Road, Nashville, TN, 37216 at which time a Celebration of Life Service will be conducted from the funeral home chapel. Burial will follow in Historic Spring Hill Cemetery.
