Charles Edward Drennon, Sr.'s Obituary
Charles Drennon, Sr. 75 of Madison, TN passed away on February 12, 2012. He is preceded in death by his wife Mrs. Barbara J. Drennon and his mother Ms. Minnie L. Drennon. He is survived by his children Billy (Carolene) Drennon, Charles Jr. (Stacey) Drennon, Michael Henderson, Edwenita Hardin, and Barbara James; 9 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. Mr. Drennon was employed at Avco for 25 years where he later retired. He proudly served in the US Army for 4 years where he later had an honorable discharge. Mr. Drennon was very active in his later years playing softball for Avco, and on bowling leagues at Oak Valley Bowling Lane. Mr. Drennon also loved fishing and hunting. Mr. Drennon had no problem telling you right from wrong. He taught his family the importance of life. He will be greatly missed by all. Graveside services will be held Tuesday, February 21, 2012, 11:00a.m. at Middle Tennessee Veterans Cemetery.
