Charles Clay Lannom's Obituary
Charles Clay Lannom, 91, of Nashville, Tennessee, passed away on Tuesday, December 5, 2023. He was preceded in death by his parents, Burdine and Verna Lannom.
Charles is survived by his wife of 63 years, Yvonne Tidwell Lannom, a son, Tony Lannom (Christina), and four grandchildren, Sam Lannom, Jake Lannom, Austin Addison and Annie Addison.
Charles attended East High School and was in the first graduating class at Belmont University. He worked in sales and finished his career with the Metro Bus Company. Charles attended Grace Baptist Church and Inglewood Baptist Church.
The family cordially invites relatives and friends to visit on Saturday, December 16, 2023, from ten o’clock in the morning until the time of the funeral service at twelve o’clock noon at Spring Hill Funeral Home, 5110 Gallatin Road in Nashville. The committal service will immediately follow, via an escorted cortege, at Forest Lawn Cemetery, 1150 Dickerson Road in Goodlettsville.
Memorial contributions can be made to either the Humane Society or to the charity of the donor’s choice in Charles’ honor.
