Mr. Charles "Mike" M. Patterson's Obituary
Charles “Mike” M. Patterson, age 71, of Greenbrier, passed away on Thursday, April 18, 2019. He is preceded in death by his parents, Charles H. and Louise Patterson; one sister Judy Stone. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Connie Patterson; two daughters, Tracey R. Downs (Don), Karen L. Patterson; one son, Michael Shane Patterson (Marissa); one sister, Evelyn Crouch (Herndon); one brother, David Patterson (Karen); three grandchildren, Jessica Downs, Meghan Parker, Brody Patterson; a host of extended family and friends. Mike loved baseball, hunting, fishing, playing guitar, golfing and was a huge UT fan. Aside from his hobbies he was a very hardworking business man and owned Bordeaux Foods for 10 years. Through owning the grocery store he made many friends and acquaintances in the community through the years. He took great pride in his work and being a part of the community. He will be missed by all those who knew him and loved him. Visitation for Mike will be held on Monday, April 22, 2019 from 4 PM until 8 PM and again on Tuesday, April 23, 2019 from 11 AM until 1 PM at which time A Celebration of Life Funeral Service will be conducted from the chapel of Spring Hill Funeral Home, 5110 Gallatin Road, Nashville, TN, 37216. Burial will follow in Historic Spring Hill Cemetery. Pallbearers for the service will be Michael Patterson, Don Downs, David Patterson, Roger Dale Tony, Caleb Patterson, Nathan Patterson, Brent Crouch, Brandon Crouch. Serving as Honorary Pallbearer will be Brody Patterson. Arrangements by Spring Hill Funeral Home and Cemetery, a Nashville landmark since 1785 “Where Nashville Comes to Remember”
