My deepest condolences to all. He was my track teacher at Highland Heights Middle. Was such a kind person. Rest In Peace Coach 🕊️
So glad(and blessed) to be coached and taught by him in the mid 80's at Highland Heights. Straight forward and honest. We still talk about him to this day.R.I.P. to a great man!!
A great man and friend.
He will be missed.

I was not privileged to be around Charles very much, but the times that we were together were always enjoyable and memorable. We shared an appreciation for fine turquoise mounted artfully by skilled Native American hands. And I am sure that if there is not a golf course in heaven, he is passionately pursuing the creation of one with aggressive diplomacy with the Creator. Ruth, I know the last few months have been difficult and challenging with the obstacles that the coronavirus pandemic has presented. I am sure that your presence by his bedside was a comfort to Charles in his last days. I pray that you and the rest of Charles’ family are cradled in the arms of the Comforter and lifted up by His strength. In the coming days, Charles’ loss will be felt by all who loved and knew him.

Coach Woodall was a great man and coach, he did a great job on all his kids to turn them into young adults. I myself was proud of him doing that to me. Thanks Coach Woodall, you are in Heaven looking down. Amen

I was a cheerleader at Highland Heights. Coach Woodall and Kathy would often provide us transportation to our ball games. We all talked about that orange Corvette. He was truly one of a kind and one of the most successful “junior high” coaches in the area. He put the Highland Heights Hornets on the map. May God bless and comfort the family during this difficult time.
