Hey daddy, yesterday marked 11 years since you have been gone.
So much time has passed and memories you should have been included in.
There’s not a day I dont think about you or wish I could have your loving advice.
You Infectious smile, laugh and calming eyes are a few things I miss when I need you the most.
I’ll never forget the day I lost you or the family who surrounded you in you finally moments I just wish I could have held you a little closer. Especially now. I love you and miss you more than I could ever describe in words. It seems so unfair for a daughter to be without her father no matter the time.

I continue to think of you and feel you in my heart. I know you are watching down as I am stressed selling the house, Chris no one is here anymore it is so lonely I just cant take much more. It has been a year now since you left us and went to Heaven, I know you are in no more pain and that is how I can go on living with a smile on my face. Save that dance for me, Mr Baker you always said you wanted the last dance with me, I hold you to it.
My handsome blue eyed husband. my heart still hurts and I know you see me cry, this next year I am going to learn how to live again. After going thru all the firsts this seems so final yet I hold you closer with each memory we made together. Thank you for all your Love Hugs and Kisses I treasure those in my heart. Chris Baker, always loved the outside life. He was always getting into something, like fishing or swimming. All the Bakers boys and chris use to love to hang out at Cash's cliff behind Jonny Cashes old home. There we use to swing on a rope out to the water. All the boys really enjoyed that. I just wanted to share. My prayers go out to chris's wife Brenda and all his children. We all are blessed that we got to share a part of chris's life. I thank God for that. God bless us all.

There was nothing Chris wouldn't do for anyone. Not that he was perfect, but after the accident, Chris really became the brother I knew growing up. He was always there for me. Except when I came home from leave. Then it seemed like he was always somewhere to far to come back when I came home, but after the accident he was ALWAYS there, and ALWAYS had something for me to do. I think he must've had a BRYAN-DO list on his computer or something because I was always busting my butt at his place whenever I came over. I loved it though. I can't wait to see him again. There may be no tears in Heaven, but there ain't a shortage of em here.
