Christopher Michael Felts' Obituary
FELTS, Christopher Michael - was born on October 20, 1957 and died June 21, 2009. Preceded in death by his father, Oscar B. Felts. Survived by mother, Jean Felts Webb (Paul), sister Kathy Jean Felts, brothers Philip Felts, Ernest Felts (Linda), Larry Felts (Carol), niece and nephews Laura, Braxton, Aron (Suzanna), Adam and Alex Felts - all of Nashville, Tn.; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins and devoted friend Patti Zimmerman. The Webb and Felts family would like to sincerely thank everyone who helped to support and enrich Christopher's life through the years, especially his most recent caregivers and his Circle of Support team. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the charity of your choice. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 5 to 8 PM at Spring Hill Funeral Home, 5110 Gallatin Rd, Nashville, TN. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, June 24, 2009 at 10AM at St. Patrick's Catholic Church with Rev. David Perkin celebrant. Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery.
