Mrs. Clara Marie Cornwell's Obituary
Clara Marie Cornwell, age 87, passed away peacefully November 15, 2014. She was born in Nashville October 2, 1927. Clara was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great- grandmother. She was a strong Christian woman; faithful to the Lord. Clara was devoted to her family, and became the strength and foundation upon which her family was built.
Clara is preceded in death by her husband Frank and son Charles Cornwell. She is survived by her sons Daniel (Kathy), Robert (Margie), Joe Cornwell and a daughter Peggy (Benson) Eastridge; brother James Cato; 7 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 4-8 pm (with a rosary at 6:30) on Wednesday, November 19 at Spring Hill Funeral Home. Additional visitation will take place from 9-10 am on Thursday, November 20 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 1225 Gallatin Rd., Nashville, TN 37115.
Father Tomy Joseph will lead a Funeral Mass at St. Joseph Catholic Church at 10 am on Thursday November 20, 2014. Interment will follow in Historic Spring Hill Cemetery.
