Ruth was an avid flea market dealer and enjoyed hosting several yard sales every year with her family. Along with her husband Dale they bought and sold antiques. When the market changed, so did she. She went with the flow and started making all sorts of arts and crafts to sell. She loved playing card games like Rook and Tonk. Their home was considered to be the center point for her family to gather, who all welcome at any time. All throughout her home, you would see her unique collection of roosters. In her later years, she looked most forward to having visitors and most especially loved being taken drives and outings.
