Clarence Henry Wilkins, Jr. born June 27, 1951 in Washington, PA. He is survived by his spouse Vicki; sons, Jeff (Sarah), John (Cori); daughters, Tracey Driver (Jimmy), Kelley Troop (Troy); 13 grandchildren, and 1 great-grandchild.
