Mr. Clifton Ray Penticost's Obituary
Clifton Ray Penticost of Madison, TN passed away on December 5, 2020 in Davidson County. He is preceded in death by his parents, Charlie Virgil Penticost and Bonnie Sue Penticost. He is survived by his life partner, Sherrie Knight; sons, Michael Ray (Kelly) Penticost, Daniel Glenn (LeeAnn) Penticost; sister, Linda Kay Smotherman; and 8 grandchildren, Kyra, Cooper, Bella, Kanton, Karson, Kye, Charlie, and Kaarina.
Ray was a huge NASCAR and football fan. He loved working on model cars and participated in Model car clubs and contests. Ray enjoyed working on race cars and watching the racing at the local tracks. He loved the beach and would go as often as possible. Ray worked for Bennett Tool and Die for 38 years. Ray was a special man who touched the lives of so many.
Visitation will be on Thursday, December 10, 2020 from 4pm to 8pm at Spring Hill Funeral Home. A celebration of life funeral service will take place on Friday, December 11, 2020 at 2pm with a 2hr visitation prior.
